Who we are

The booking form
When you send the form, we get your name, company, phone, email, what you’re interested in and your message. We use them only to call you back and prepare an offer.
Legal basis: steps before a contract, at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep form messages for up to 2 years after our last contact. If you become a client, we keep what the contract and the law require, for example invoices for 10 years.
Analytics
Only if you agree, we use Google Analytics to see which pages and videos people view, from what kind of device and roughly where (city level). It doesn’t tell us who you are.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google keeps the data for 14 months.
Marketing
Only if you agree, we use the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure our ads and show them to people who visited the site.

Security logs
Our hosting provider briefly records IP addresses to keep the site safe from attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who helps us
We work with Cloudflare (hosting), an email service that delivers the form to us, Google (Analytics), Meta and LinkedIn (ads). Some of them are based in the USA; data travels there under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the EU’s standard contractual clauses.
We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask us what data we have about you, correct it, delete it, limit or object to how we use it, or get a copy. You can take back your cookie consent any time in Cookie settings.
You can also complain to the Czech data protection office, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (www.uoou.cz).
Changes
If we change how we use data, we’ll update this page and its date.
