We joined the post-production team on a major global commercial for SANOFI, one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical brands. Our role? To craft tailored social media edits that would resonate across diverse markets, cultures, and languages — all while staying aligned with the campaign’s creative vision and regulatory needs.
Summary
This wasn’t just a single cut. We delivered a full multi-version rollout for platforms across France, Germany, China, and global English-speaking markets, each localized with the right tone, pacing, subtitles, and compliance. The campaign focused on raising awareness and empathy for those living with chronic conditions — and it was essential that every edit landed with clarity and care.
Challenge
Working within strict medical guidelines while managing language accuracy, visual consistency, and delivery formats for a wide range of markets was no small task. We had to adapt quickly to last-minute copy changes, compliance revisions, and platform-specific specifications.
Solutions
We developed a smart editing pipeline to manage multiple deliverables at once — using a layered approach for motion graphics, typography, and language variants. Every version was reviewed for timing, cultural clarity, and emotional tone, ensuring SANOFI’s message remained strong and accessible wherever it was seen.
